AC was not working. Seth found a short in the wiring & replaced a part still under warranty. It's nice to know that whatever your problem, SECCO will fix it promptly and correct. That is why we have a maintenance agreement with them. It is well worth your $$'s to have. Thanks!

Dakota came and completed the electrical work. He was polite, congenial and knowledgable. He provided me with options for service and then made the repairs in a timely manner. You have a good employee. He tried the up-sell but was not pushy. I would definitely have him again. Regards, Jim Leidy

The service technician, Brandon, was on time and knowledgeable. He reviewed the work on my humidifier that was installed in November and found that it had not been hooked up correctly. He took his time to correct the problem and fully explain what needed to e corrected as well as correct the instruction we were given in November. Although young, he knew what he was doing and was in no hurry just to look at the system. I am sure we caused him delay with other customers on his schedule but he took his time to be sure all was correct now. In the future if I have to have service I am going to specifically ask for him. He is a valuable asset to SECCO and should be treated as such.

Would like to post a final POSITIVE COMMENT for the services of the SECCO Team that stood fast to ensure we had heat during some of the coldest days in mid-November/December 2017. Everyone from Craig (Vice President) to Brandon (Tech-Adopted son), Joe (Facility Manager), Thomas (Tech). Seems like we always had a SECCO truck in the driveway at 19 Sandy Bottom Road, Carlisle for a while, but with conviction, the team persevered to get the new furnace, thermostat and piping working together to get heat back in the house. Tough to wake up to an inside temp of 58 deg after work had been done to install the equipment. A quick call into the Service desk got the team back out to the house to find out what had happened. Had it not been that Craig was sitting by the furnace and saw the unit shut down (lost the voltage from the thermostat), he was ready to pull the entire NEW furnace unit. Bottom line is we have had heat since the last visit, and we are and have always been happy with the staff and service SECCO provides! Pretty cool when you get the VP to come work at your house! I honestly recommend SECCO to any of our friends that inquire about the services SECCO provides. THANKS for being there for us during the calamity we had. Ray and Elaine Leist

Jeff installed a second door in my basement and gave me estimates on additional room installs in the basement ant then went upstairs and measured for the install of an install of a shower. All this do e while he always here so I wouldn't have to make another trip and pay a second dispatch fee. Jeff was very professional and I will request him every time.
