Satisfaction Guaranteed Come Rain, Sleet, or Snow

Amazing Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed Come Rain, Sleet, or Snow.

When our Michael Culp (Comfort Consultant) promised Thursday, we meant THURSDAY! The entire SECCO Home Services Team supported his promise!

The snow day schools and most businesses enjoyed, were perfect for installing a new WaterFurnace Geothermal Heat Pump. Once in the basement, there was no need to venture outside. All the heat absorption is done by a loop of tubing buried in the warm earth and transferred into the home, so there’s no noisy or landscape-interrupting outdoor unit! In the Summer, just the reverse happens; all the heat from the home is transferred to the domestic water heater tank and then back to the loop in the earth! The result? Savings up to 70% over conventional systems AND typical life exceeding 20 years!

According to WikiPedia – The heat pump was described by Lord Kelvin in 1853 and developed by Peter Ritter von Rittinger in 1855. After experimenting with a freezer, Robert C. Webber built the first direct exchange ground-source heat pump in the late 1940s.

SECCO has been installing WaterFurnace Ground-source Heat Pumps since the 1980’s and continues as a WaterFurnace Dealer today! Our Owners have WaterFurnace Heat Pumps in their own homes since the early 1990’s. We’ve experimented with other ground-source heat pumps, just to see if there is something better for our Customers. While there are other alternatives, we’ve found the WaterFurnace Company to be the most reliable source to protect our Customer’s investment and thereby our brand image!

So, let it snow – your new WaterFurnace is right on schedule!
