    1. Choose your payment terms by selecting the annual radio button.
    2. Fill in the Total Renewal Cost in the appropriate payment terms field. You will find this price on the Annual PM Agreement renewal notice that was mailed to you.
    3. Submit your payment through our secure shopping cart* and sit back and relax.

Your credit card* will be billed based on the payment terms you chose in your agreement. Your payment will appear on your credit card account statement. No additional
record-keeping to worry about.
