  Here is how the online renewal process works:
 
  • 3 Steps - Fast, Easy & Secure
    1. Choose your payment terms by selecting the Annual XCS radio button.
    2. Fill in the Total Renewal Cost in the appropriate payment terms field. You will find this price on the Annual Extreme Customer Service Membership notice that was mailed to you.
    3. Submit your payment through our secure shopping cart* and sit back and relax.

Your credit card* will be billed based on the payment terms you chose in your agreement. Your payment will appear on your credit card account statement. No additional
record-keeping to worry about.

*** Annual Payment Terms:
If you choose the Annual Payment Terms your credit card will be billed only once for the full amount of your one year Annual XCS Agreement. Your Annual XCS Agreement will not be automatically renewed at the end of the 1 year term.  A renewal form will be mailed to you prior to the expiration of your existing agreement.
